3. Membership and Courses

3.1 Membership Benefits: Membership grants you access to exclusive content, early registration for events, discounts, and networking opportunities. Specific benefits depend on the membership level chosen.

3.2 Course Enrollment: By enrolling in a course, you agree to participate actively and adhere to any course-specific requirements, including deadlines and participation guidelines.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Membership Fees: Membership fees are charged annually, are subject to change at anytime and are non-refundable.

4.2 Course Fees: Fees for courses, workshops, and seminars are due upon registration and are also non-refundable.

4.3 Payment Methods: ICP accepts Credit Card, Bank Transfers, or accepted method through Stripe. Payment must be made in full, or in accordance with the payment plans offered by ICP, to access the purchased services. Once enrolled, students are required to complete payment plans.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 No Refunds: All fees, including membership and course fees, are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5.2 Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of ICP. Requests must be submitted in writing, and approval is not guaranteed.

6. Communications and Privacy

6.1 Email Communications: By joining ICP or enrolling in a course, you consent to receive emails from ICP, including newsletters, event notifications, and educational updates. You can manage your email preferences through your member portal or by contacting support.

6.2 Privacy Policy: ICP is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Content Ownership: All content provided by ICP, including but not limited to articles, course materials, and research papers, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content without explicit permission from ICP.

7.2 Limited License: ICP grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial, professional, and voluntary purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. ICP is not responsible for the use or application of the material or content.

Students and members are engaging in the ICP courses and events solely and only for the purpose(s) as stated in the applications forms by the student or member. Any indication of ill-intent will result in immediate dismissal and further action may be taken by ICP to mitigate any damages or perceived damages.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by ICP: ICP reserves the right to terminate your membership or access to services at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or any conduct deemed detrimental to ICP or its members.

9.2 Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting ICP support. Note that no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the membership term.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Liability: ICP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or content.

10.2 No Warranty: All services and content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. ICP does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content. ICP instructors and guest hosts are independent contractors.

11. Changes to Terms
